K&K Properties manages real estate developments from initial planning through to sale. Its architectural expertise needed to be visible in the brand, while the full scope of its offer had to be easy for investors to understand. We created a measured identity with a compact mark, precise typography and generous space. The same structure shapes the website, where services and projects are presented in a clear sequence. Together, the identity and site give K&K a consistent way to show both its design sensibility and the practical breadth of its work.
